Greetings Ecole Actuelle Bilingue and Hunter Elementary!
Welcome to the virtual work zone for Blueprints™ | ON AIR, the podcast that you are going to write and produce together with a little help from your Field Guide, Adrianne "Delyte" Wilson of WQMG 97.1 FM in Greensboro. If you look at the top of your screen, you'll see a couple of page tabs that you'll use over and over again. This is where to access new information and upload recordings of your voice that will be end up "ON AIR" or broadcast so that anyone in the world can listen and hear what you discover and think about climate change, the quality of the air you breathe and the effects of air pollution on our world's atmosphere.
The Radio page is where you'll find everything you want to know about radio broadcasting. The Air page is where you will find and upload information related to the state and quality of our air. For the next 8 weeks, you will be able to log on to this website and make comments, suggestions and ask as many questions as you like about either of these subjects. Everything you learn, whatever you find interesting or important for people around the world to know about our air can be shared on this blog. As you post, remember that your input is an important part of creating the podcast. Some of you may contribute your writing skills, research ability, ear for music or just your voice. Whatever talent you bring to the work zone is integral to producing a radio show or podcast like the one you'll be creating here.
We are so glad to have you!
